The Story Behind Kites Against Cancer

Each year in May, hundreds of colorful kites fill the skies over Hampton Beach in a fun, family event to honor cancer patients and survivors. A peaceful rock garden within Exeter Hospital’s new Center for Orthopedics & Movement was dedicated in memory of David Barrows with a small ceremony of family, friends, and hospital staff on March 17, 2016.
